Hailing from Yorkshire, Jessica has almost ten years experience in financial services, including seven years at Skipton Building Society and three years at Countrywide. Her move to Young Group in 2006 enabled her to exploit her positive personal skills, as well as her meticulous attention to detail.

We pride ourselves in offering a complete and comprehensive service, from sourcing the best deal - we have access to all lenders - to seeing the transaction through to completion, and we do all that without charging any brokerage fees.

The Market Place

Where do you go to get a mortgage? There are a number of places to go to look for a mortgage, including:

High Street Banks - These tend to offer very good residential mortgages, they usually set up subsidiaries who specialise in Buy to Let (BTL) mortgages
Specialist BTL lenders - There are about 6 - 10 lenders who specialise in this field, however, most of their lending is transacted through mortgage brokers
Mortgage Brokers - These can be either large brand names, or local independent brokers. These are sometimes tied to a few lenders, or have access to all lenders products in the market. The majority of lenders pay the broker a fee - this should be disclosed to the client. Many brokers also charge the client a fee.
Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) - IFAs tend to focus on selling investment products (unit trusts, pensions, etc) however, many also offer mortgages.

We have access to all lenders and do not charge our clients brokerage fees. Our central London offices in New Bond Street makes it very convenient for our clients to come in for any meetings that are required. However, we try and minimise your time involvement as we see our role as taking the hassle and paperwork away from you.
