Craig Steeples Non-Executive Director
A qualified accountant, Craig worked with Thomson Holidays, Mirror Group and Hyperion Solutions before setting up The Paragon Consulting Group (a Times Top 100 private IT company). In 2005 he sold Paragon to spend more time at Young Group. Craig has built an extensive property portfolio both in the UK and overseas and is currently involved in development of exclusive properties in Asia.

Craig McGee Non-Executive Director
A qualified accountant, Craig has more than 15 years of senior level Investment Banking experience in Europe and Asia. After 10 years with UBS in London, he spent 2 years as Managing Director with HSBC in Hong Kong followed by Deutsche Bank in Singapore. He has remained in Singapore to focus on relationship management with large institutions and high net worth individuals who want to invest in property through Young Group. Craig has built an extensive property portfolio both in the UK and overseas.

Scott Randall Non-Executive Director
Qualified in Business & Finance, Scott spent more than 20 years as a Director of UK Trading for Citigroup, specialising in the Building and Property sectors. He now owns and manages a private investment firm. Scott owns an extensive property portfolio both in UK and overseas and has over 20 years of successful property investment experience.
